CCP+ makes it easy to turn your HACCP and quality procedures into a semi-automated, easy-to-use, paperless logging and reporting system. Operational inspections include line temperature checks. Hygiene and sanitary inspections may be entered into a customized schedule. Probes are interchangeable to allow for surface and wired temperature checks.

Log in to Online Navigation, an online application used to input your CCP parameters. Parameters include: start and stop time of measurement; frequency; high and low temperature range restrictions; corrective actions; task time and more. Planning tool calculates the amount of time resources are required, serving as an excellent measure to assess manpower requirements is also available.

Alerts

CCP+ alerts staff when scheduled inspections are due throughout the day. When a temperature recording is required, the will prompt the user to insert the probe, record the temperature and will log the user, date, time and results for each CCP point performed. The log is wirelessly transmitted to the online database after each group of measurements.
