24/7 Mobile Temperature Monitoring & Reporting
i.Temp-to-Go Refrigerated Transportation Wireless Temperature Monitor
i.Temp-to-Go measures and records temperature in trucks, vehicles and transportation in real time during transit.
Temperatures in the cargo area of refrigerated trucks are critical and must be maintained within a defined range in order to ensure that food quality and food safety are maintained. The driver and management are instantly alerted via e-mail and text message if temperature is out of range. A wireless probe is mounted inside the refrigerated compartment and logs the ambient temperature. Up to two compartments may be monitored per vehicle.
The i.Temp-to-Go system also records the location of the truck throughout the day as it records temperature. This information is included in the monitor log and can be viewed online in real time. Management has the ability to review all reports showing location, stops and speed of the routes traveled online.
The i.Temp Logger is a system of low cost temperature logging tags that are placed into bins or containers of food that are being shipped. The tag numbered are entered into an online data base along with the shipping number. When the tags are recovered they are placed into a cradle that is attached to a computer and the data is transferred to a database.
Temperature reports are generated to show what the temperatures were at the delivery point and record any times which temperature was out of range during the shipping process.
Geo Fencing is a feature that uses the global positioning or radio frequency identification (RFID) to define geographical boundaries. A geo fence is a virtual barrier between position a and position b. Allows user to receive temperature alerts when a truck reaches and departs from a specific destination.
Geo Mapping & Data Logging Options Available.
